This is a bold Minase modeled after Eisui's finest pieces. Each of Kunizo's four major typefaces requires a great deal of work. Each time, we discuss with the artist and make every effort to make the work as attractive as possible. This piece is made of a dark-colored peacock wood selected from among thousands of pieces of wood.

I love Eisui's bold typeface. I have been asking artists to make it a little thicker, but they has not given us a good answer, saying that it would take more time and effort than a fine one. This time, my favorite set was completed by Kunizo's Minase calligraphy. The typeface is copied from Eisui's Minase, and everything is done in Eisui's style. It seems that a lot of effort was put into this piece, but I like it very much. The piece is made of dark-colored Satsuma wood, making it a very powerful piece.
