　Two new sets of heaped pieces by Fugetsu. They are Kinki and lower Ryoko, just finished in July, and are the most exclusive pieces you can find. Both pieces are made of Mikura tsuge, a rare wood from which only a few pieces can be obtained from a single tree. The dark-colored root wood with powerful bold Kinki. The brush storoke and finishing are all to the owner's liking, and the easy-to-use chamfering is also a first-rate job that takes a lot of time and effort.

　Mikura wood is precious when only a few pieces can be obtained from a single tree after several pieces have been acquired, but it is very rare to find a set like this where all the pieces are in perfect harmony. This Eisui style's Ryoko is slightly narrower to accentuate the quality of the wood. For high quality heaped pieces, basic typefaces such as Ryoko, Kinki, and Minase are still good.
