While it is attributed to Shoryusai, a shamisen player from the Meiji era, it is truly a popular typeface—so much so that Ikkyo Okuno also named it Okuno-Kinki. This time, it was crafted using premium peacock figured wood. It is a masterpiece where the creator's meticulous attention to detail is evident throughout.
