　When we order pieces from Ryoson, we are very careful about the wood, and we ask him to use the finest wood from which only a few pieces can be obtained each year. I used to think that Ryoson's popular typefaces were his original typefaces such as Kominase and Utsusemi, but the other day, a customer requested Ryoson's Maki-ryoko for a piece to be used in a title game. This typeface was very well received and the customer gave us a high praise, so we asked for the same typeface this time as well. This is a high quality piece with a slightly bold finish.
